Job summary

Smurfit Westrock in Dallas, TX is seeking a Second Shift Bilingual Production Supervisor to lead a fast-paced manufacturing team responsible for timely production of quality products. You will assign work, plan daily staffing, monitor safety, quality, and costs, review performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to SOPs, GMPs, and company policies.

Fluent English/Spanish communication and strong leadership are required to support a collaborative, safety-first work environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience; printing experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise or quickly gain knowledge of supervisory jobs.
• Good mechanical aptitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Process-oriented and reliable with safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day shift operations and assign work.
• Plan daily staffing to meet workload and productivity targets.
• Manage performance of direct reports and conduct reviews.
• Train staff on Safety, GMPs, quality systems, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.
• Resolve conflicts and make timely operational decisions.
• Foster cross-training and continuous learning.
