Job summary

Cartamundi is seeking a Production Lead for the 2nd shift in Dallas, TX. You will supervise daily manufacturing operations, balance staffing, run multiple machines, and ensure ERP data integrity to meet production goals.

The role demands strong Lean skills and leadership to drive quality and safety across teams. Qualified candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing, a lead role preferred, and HS diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of progressive manufacturing experience with leadership exposure.
• Lean manufacturing principles understanding and application.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish in writing and speech.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational and tactical tasks in a manufacturing area.
• Staffing support for direct and indirect labor to meet targets.
• Operate multiple machines and ensure ERP production data integrity.
• Manage inventory locations physically and in ERP system.
• Coach staff on quality, safety and performance metrics.
• Provide timely feedback to reports and project teams.
