Job summary

WestRock Company is seeking a Second Shift Production Supervisor in Dallas, TX to oversee the 2:45 PM–1:15 AM shift, assign daily work, and ensure production meets quality targets. The role involves managing staff, planning workloads, and driving continuous improvement within GMP and safety guidelines.

You will require a high school diploma or GED, with a college degree preferred, plus 3 years of supervisory experience (printing experience preferred).

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the shift and assign work.
• Plan daily production and monitor performance metrics.
• Oversee direct reports and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and safety policies.
• Address issues, solve problems, and manage conflicts.
• Cross-train employees and promote learning.
