Responsibilities

• Ensure activities follow assembly instructions, parts lists, and current job specs.
• Verify finished products meet quality standards and work instructions.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline workflow and resolve issues.
• Set and monitor production goals and report progress to site management.
• Troubleshoot production problems to meet quality and demand requirements.
• Hire, train, and cross-train staff to maximize flexibility and onboarding.
• Champion a safe, clean work environment that meets safety standards.
• Document opportunities for improvement to boost quality and efficiency.
• Provide cover in other areas during staff shortages.
