Summary of Duties

Customer Service Representatives duties and responsibilities generally include but are not limited to answering phone calls and emails, responding to client questions and complaints, updating daily reporting, accepting new accounts, and requesting applicable fees

Knowledge

Computer systems, typing, public relations, basic office clerical duties
