Cencora is seeking a Dairy Technology Sales Representative to drive MICRO Technologies sales across an assigned territory in the United States. You will call on existing and new customers, build durable relationships with dairy practices and associations, and demonstrate the value of hardware and software solutions.

The role requires aligning pricing with margins, preparing contracts, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction. A valid driver’s license and flexibility for travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with one to three years of outside sales experience is required.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills and a proven ability to sell are necessary.
• A valid driver's license and good driving record are mandatory; overnight travel up to 50% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Travel within an assigned territory, calling on existing and prospective customers and maintaining top prospects.
• Build long-term relationships with dairy-related customers and associations.
• Present and demonstrate new technologies, detailing hardware, software, costs and benefits.
• Quote prices, prepare sales contracts, and ensure smooth transfer of accounts.
• Maintain periodic follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Compile prospect lists from directories, industry sources and referrals.
• Assist field technicians with installations and repairs of technology systems.
• Provide secondary support, identify and resolve equipment performance issues.
• Coordinate training for personnel and participate in joint sales efforts within territory.
• Prepare reports on expenses, sales calls, and business transactions.
