Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a motivated food manufacturing operator for our bulk dairy operations.

The role involves inspecting bulk tanker, sampling, sensory evaluation, SOP adherence, and accurate record-keeping in a fast-paced 24/7 plant. The position offers a 12-hour rotating shift with night premium and a pay range around the posted rates, plus opportunities to grow in safety, GMP, and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated work experience in food manufacturing.
• Advanced quality/food safety training and/or certifications is a plus, but not required.
• Working understanding of food manufacturing acronyms (SQF, QA/QC, CQP, HACCP, SOP, 5S, GMP).
• Lift truck certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Inspect bulk tanker and perform sampling, sensory evaluation, and physical testing.
• Follow SOPs in detail and report deviations.
• Clean and CIP tanker; perform routine SIP operations and equipment adjustments.
• Operate lift truck safely and manage dairy records and data entry.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with health, safety, GMP, and food safety requirements.
