Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Dairy Processing Operator to support continuous production in a 12-hour rotating shift. You will cross-train in milk receiving, pasteurization, batching, and filling operations, following SOPs and reporting deviations.

Responsibilities include handling tanker unloading, product blending, quality testing, and accurate record-keeping. A high school diploma and 2+ years in food manufacturing are required; SAP knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in food manufacturing, dairy experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; familiarity with SAP/ERP.

Responsibilities

• Operate and cross-train in milk receiving, pasteurization, batching/blend, and filling operations.
• Follow SOPs in detail and report deviations.
• Inspect bulk tankers and collect raw dairy samples for tests.
• Safely unload tanker trucks and manage product transfer and cleaning.
• Record production data accurately and support quality and safety programs.
• Maintain GMP and FSMA compliance and participate in audits.
