The position emphasizes adherence to SOPs, data accuracy, safety, and compliance with GMP/FSMA standards. High school diploma and dairy manufacturing interest preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in food manufacturing or dairy preferred.
• Strong math and data handling skills.
• Familiar with SAP/ERP systems and MS Office.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train in milk receiving, pasteurization and batching operations.
• Follow SOPs precisely and document results.
• Inspect bulk tanker and collect raw dairy samples.
• Perform sensory evaluation and basic quality tests.
• Report deviations to supervisor and take corrective action.
• Operate and set up equipment for filling and packaging.
• Ensure pasteurization and product specs are met per PMO.
