Saputo Cheese USA Inc. in New York is seeking a shift operator for the B Shift (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) on a 12-hour rotating schedule. This role supports a 24/7 dairy manufacturing operation, including milk receiving, pasteurization, blending, and filling while focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years' experience in dairy food manufacturing. Shift premium of $1.50 per hour night shift applies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of work experience in food manufacturing; dairy experience preferred.
• Strong math skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Good communication skills, ability to follow SOPs, and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Cross-train in milk receiving, pasteurization, batching/blend, and product filling operations.
• Follow SOPs with accuracy and no deviation.
• Inspect bulk tanker and test product via sensory evaluation and physical tests.
• Report out-of-spec issues to supervisor and document variances.
• Perform tanker hookup, off-load, CIP, SIP, and equipment change-overs.
• Ensure pasteurization and QA/QC guidelines are met; maintain FSMA compliance.
