Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking an equipment operator for a night shift in a 2-2-3 schedule. You will operate gable-top carton lines, follow SOPs, collect samples, perform quality checks, and document production records. The role supports audits and adheres to GMP and food safety standards.

The starting salary is $23.56/hr with an additional $2/hr for night shifts. This is a 24/7 manufacturing environment requiring flexibility and strong safety practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in food manufacturing; dairy experience preferred.
• Familiarity with SQF/QA-QC/HACCP/GMP terminology.
• Lift truck certification or ability to obtain.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Operate gable-top carton filling and packaging equipment safely.
• Follow SOPs precisely and without deviation.
• Collect samples and conduct seal integrity testing.
• Set up cartons, printers, and validate product codes.
• Identify out-of-spec conditions and follow notification protocol.
• Prepare production records and perform equipment change-overs and CIP/SIP.
• Support internal and external audits and uphold GMP/food safety requirements.
