Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a production Operator for its 12-hour D shift. The role involves cross-training in milk receiving, pasteurization, and filling operations, with strict SOP adherence and safety compliance. You will inspect tanks, collect samples, and perform sensory tests to ensure product quality.

Weekly rotating 3/4-day schedule supports a 24/7 operation. The position offers competitive pay, with a night shift premium and opportunities to grow within a global dairy leader.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of demonstrated work experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Able to pass drug screen and background check.
• Familiar with QA/QC, HACCP, GMP concepts.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train in milk receiving, pasteurization, and batching/blend operations.
• Follow SOPs in detail without deviation.
• Inspect bulk tanker and ensure proper venting.
• Collect dairy samples and perform sensory/physical testing.
• Report out-of-specifications to supervisor.
• Operate and set up equipment and mix/product changes per recipes.
• Maintain production records and documentation.
• Comply with health, safety, and GMP requirements.
