Zusammenfassung

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead lab staff, drive product quality and food safety across shifts, and maintain high standards in line with Saputo policies.

You will train employees, coordinate schedules, and support internal and external audits while upholding GMP and HACCP programs. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in a fast-paced dairy environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-based field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of laboratory leadership experience.
• Familiarity with GMP and food safety standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, LIMS, and SAP.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership to lab team to maximize product quality and productivity.
• Ensure procedures for product quality, safety and compliance are followed.
• Support QA systems including HACCP, GMP, labeling, and sanitation programs.
• Coordinate staffing to ensure lab coverage.
• Audit support and record review.
• Drive continuous improvement in production methods and equipment.
• Maintain quality and safety records.
• Collaborate with other supervisors across departments.
