Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Quality Supervisor to oversee laboratory functions and support food safety and quality systems in a dairy manufacturing environment in Wisconsin.

The role focuses on maintaining sanitary conditions, regulatory compliance, and product specifications while leading a team of lab staff. You will develop SOPs, train staff, review test results, and collaborate with production to drive quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Food Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years in a Quality Supervisor role in dairy or food industry.
• SQF Practitioner certification preferred.
• HACCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, supervise, coach, and mentor lab staff.
• Develop and deploy lab SOPs and provide training.
• Maintain calibration of lab equipment per requirements.
• Review COAs and issue COAs for shipments as needed.
• Assist with plant audits and product complaints as needed.
• Assist in budget development for the lab.
