Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Line Lead to set up and oversee production lines and line attendants, ensuring time and safety standards are met. You will lead and direct employees, enforce safety, and uphold quality and regulatory requirements.

The role requires knowledge of GMP, SOP, HACCP, SSOP, and H&S, with the ability to read production worksheets, manage data, and work overtime as needed. Saputo offers comprehensive benefits and a smoke-free, safety-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• Have a working knowledge of the production and plant processes.
• Ability to work scheduled hours and required overtime as needed.

• Basic analytical and numerical skills; perform basic calculations.

• Working knowledge of Safety Methods and Procedures.

• Physical lifting up to 40-lbs unassisted; PPE handling as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production lines to ensure orders are completed on schedule.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, SOP, HACCP, SSOP, and H&S.
• Perform recordkeeping, inventory management, and order tracking.
• Work to maintain a safe and orderly workspace following industry standards.
• Perform quality checks and report problems to supervisor.
• Enter data on production reports and attend safety meetings.
