Saputo Cheese USA, Inc. in New York State is seeking an entry-level production operator for the D Shift on a 12-hour rotating schedule to support a 24/7 dairy operation.

You will cross-train in milk receiving, pasteurization, batching, and filling while maintaining strict adherence to SOPs, GMPs, and quality controls. Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or acceptable.
• Experience in food manufacturing or dairy is preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills, including SAP familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Cross-train in milk receiving, pasteurization, batching/blend, and filling operations.
• Follow SOPs in detail and ensure compliance with PMO and product processes.
• Inspect bulk tanker and collect raw dairy samples for testing.
• Report deviations promptly to supervision and maintain quality records.
• Operate and set up equipment, perform changes, and ensure safety protocols.
