Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a hands-on production operator for our 24/7 facility in New York. You will operate gable-top carton filling and packaging equipment, follow detailed SOPs, collect product samples for QA testing, and manage code verification and records.

The role requires a high school diploma and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with rotating shifts. SAP knowledge is a plus and lift truck certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with industry acronyms (SQF, QA/QC, HACCP, GMP) is preferred.
• SAP experience is a plus and lift truck certification is required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment for gable-top carton filling and packaging.
• Follow SOPs in detail without deviation.
• Collect samples and perform seal integrity tests for QA checks.
• Set up cartons, packaging coders, and verify codes per specs.
• Complete production records accurately and maintain clean and safe work area.
