Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cross-train in milk receiving, pasteurization, batching and filling.
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures; report deviations.
• Inspect bulk tanker and perform sensory evaluations.
• Operate fill lines and verify weights and packaging quality.
• Perform CIP/SIP and equipment change-overs.
• Maintain production records and assist audits.
