Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Franklin, WI facility. You will supervise production staff, schedule work, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency across shifts.

You’ll partner with plant leadership to ensure procedures meet specifications and regulatory guidelines while optimizing output and minimizing downtime. The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a food packaging setting and an Associate’s degree in Operations Management or equivalent.

Qualifications

• One to three years of supervisory experience in a food packaging environment preferred.
• A minimum of an Associate’s degree in Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Experience leading and following Safety/Security Policies and Procedures.
• Proficient with ERP solutions, SAP preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and computer-based applications.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees to maximize productivity on assigned shifts and areas.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; address and resolve product and employee concerns.
• Use ERP to complete production data entry and reporting, including OEE and downtime by product type.
• Coordinate and conduct employee training on job and safety.
• Identify and implement improvements to production methods and equipment performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet performance objectives.
