Saputo, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift at our Franklin, WI facility. You will supervise production staff, drive efficiency, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate schedules to meet production runs.

You will work with ERP systems (SAP) and cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with GMPs and company policies while developing a capable, safety-minded team. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced food manufacturing

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a food packaging environment preferred.
• Associate’s degree in Operations Management or equivalent experience.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Experience leading and following Safety/Security Policies and Procedures.
• Proficient with ERP solutions; SAP preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and computer-based applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team leadership and the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Ability to manage costs and budgets.

Responsabilités

• Direct and supervise production staff to maximize productivity on assigned shifts and areas.
• Ensure procedures are in place for production efficiency, product quality, safety, and compliance with guidelines.
• Inspect products and drive machine setup and adjustments.
• Coordinate production schedules and estimate worker hours per run.
• Enter production data and generate reports (production results, volume, OEE, downtime).
• Maintain production and packaging records, sanitation schedules, and incident reports.
• Train employees on production and equipment standards; monitor performance.
• Recommend improvements to methods, equipment, and product quality; analyze root causes with CI methods.
• Maintain time and production records; collaborate cross-functionally to meet objectives.
• Support disciplinary actions as needed; promote Saputo policies and values.
