Los Altos Foods is seeking a Pasteurizer to operate and monitor pasteurization and whey processing equipment ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in our dairy production. The role requires state licenses and knowledge of SQF, GMP, HACCP, with the ability to document production data accurately while maintaining a clean, safe work environment in a fast-paced facility.

Formación

• Experience in dairy manufacturing and pasteurization environments.
• Familiarity with SQF, GMPs, HACCP and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to document temperatures, data and test results accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor pasteurization and whey processing equipment.
• Monitor temperatures, flow rates, pressures and other processing conditions.
• Perform required quality checks and product testing.
• Follow food safety procedures and sanitation standards.
• Document production data and results accurately.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Report malfunctions or safety concerns to management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
