Job summary

Meadow Gold Hawaii is seeking a full-time Pasteurizer to monitor dairy production, operate and maintain pasteurizer equipment, and follow SOPs to ensure quality and food safety.

You will prepare paperwork, monitor temperatures and process data, sanitize equipment, and work with the team to maximize throughput while complying with safety rules.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in food/beverage, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability for flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in food and beverage or related manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel and bend for most of shift.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dairy production process and follow SOPs for batching and processing products.
• Prepare and maintain area paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Monitor fats, total solids, allergen, cryoscope and related processing parameters.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties.
• Verify all charts and temperatures and document results.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment including CIP and hand cleaning.
• Operate equipment at recommended speeds and communicate issues.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure production efficiency.
• Follow GMPs and maintain a clean, safe work area.
