Responsibilities

• Operate pasteurizer to ensure product is pasteurized and safe per production and quality standards.
• Obtain milk and cream samples for lab testing, including raw and processed product.
• Wash and sanitize milk silos, cream tanks, and equipment as needed.
• Produce product according to guidelines and separate into correct batches.
• Follow recipe guidelines for all products produced.
• Report food safety and quality issues to management immediately; maintain safe working conditions per state and federal regulations.
• Adhere to DFA GMP and comply with corporate/regulatory sanitation requirements.
