DSJ Global is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in the Animal Nutrition - Dairy space to drive growth across a multi-state territory. This role offers remote work within Iowa, South Dakota, or the Minneapolis area and focuses on expanding accounts and developing new business with dairy producers, nutritionists, veterinarians, and distributors.

You will use consultative selling to close deals, present technical product information, and build strategic partnerships while monitoring market trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Dairy Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional sales experience with a proven track record of business growth
• Ability to communicate scientific and technical product information to dairy producers, nutritionists, veterinarians, and other industry influencers
• Strong consultative selling and strategic account management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Must reside in Iowa, South Dakota, or the Minneapolis area

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue within an assigned territory by developing new business and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Identify and engage feed manufacturers, premix companies, distributors, nutritionists, veterinarians, and large livestock producers.
• Utilize consultative and value-based selling techniques to move prospects through the sales cycle and close new business.
• Present technical product information and communicate product benefits to customers and industry influencers.
• Build strategic partnerships with customers and support long-term business growth initiatives.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, product performance, market trends, and competitive activity.
• Develop sales forecasts and maintain accurate CRM, call reports, and expense reporting.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, seminars, and industry events.
