Qualifications

• Business acumen with skills in action plan development, goal setting, and strategic account planning.
• Ability to influence selling processes across multiple customer targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects for animal nutrition and health products, including dairy producers and channel partners.
• Utilize value-added selling skills and marketing plans to move prospects toward closure.
• Explain and lead customers through the Balchem value proposition and strategic growth discussions.
• Develop sales forecasts to support production planning and raw material purchasing.
• Assist in presenting products through trade shows, seminars, and industry opportunities.
