Ideal candidate has an agriculture degree, 3+ years dairy ingredient sales, and the ability to convey scientific messages to key dairy influencers. You will build relationships with nutrition professionals, producers, and channel partners to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Degree in agriculture-related field, preferably dairy or animal science.
• At least 3 years dairy ingredient sales experience.
• Ability to deliver scientific information and key messages to dairy influencers.
• Must reside in Iowa, South Dakota, or Minneapolis area.
• Experience with selling or supporting a wide customer and channel partner base.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects across feed companies, premix companies, distributors, nutritionists and veterinarians.
• Present technical product information to key decision makers and larger producers.
• Develop sales forecasts to support production planning.
• Represent products through trade shows, seminars, conferences and industry events.
• Complete administrative duties such as expense reporting and call reports.
