Animal Science Monitor is seeking a Sales Manager to lead its dairy nutrition team across Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. You will start as a player-coach, blending direct selling with building a strong regional team and go-to-market strategy.

You will recruit, onboard, and train new sales talent while maintaining customer relationships and driving growth. A BS is preferred; MS in Dairy Science Nutrition is a plus.

Qualificações

• Solid understanding of dairy nutrition.
• 5+ years of sales success in dairy or animal health markets.
• Experience selling to mid-size to large producers.
• Strategic yet hands-on: able to develop and execute plans.
• BS degree preferred; MS in Dairy Science Nutrition a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Regional Business Manager to create and execute a go-to-market strategy for the region.
• Start as a player-coach—continue direct selling while building the team.
• Spend ~60% on direct selling and key account development; 30% on recruiting and training; 10% on planning and reporting.
• Identify market opportunities, recruit and coach reps, and grow the business.
• Progress into leadership, coaching, training, and strategic growth over time.
