Qualifications

• Strong dairy industry background (required).
• Experience with farms and food processing plants.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement of by-products from dairy plants to end users.
• Set up end users with needed equipment to accept by-products.
• Grow sales with livestock farms and food manufacturing plants.
• Negotiate and manage new projects and agreements.
• Oversee volumes, pricing, and regional P&L performance.
• Build long-term relationships with farmers, nutritionists, and vendors.
• Ensure customer commitments and contracts are met.
• Partner with the Logistics Team to manage seasonal and product shifts.
• Help in organizing dispatch plans.
