Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Dairy & Freezer Clerk to maintain dairy and freezer sections, ensure product integrity, and support merchandising and inventory management. You will help uphold food safety standards while delivering excellent service to Members.

Responsibilities include stocking per planograms, monitoring cold chain, rotating stock, and assisting with seasonal merchandising while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attendance.

Qualifications

• Experience in dairy, freezer, grocery, or retail operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cold chain management and food safety standards.
• Attention to detail with organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Email) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock dairy and freezer products according to planograms to maintain visuals and guest experience.
• Maintain cold chain and in-stock accuracy to ensure freshness and availability.
• Rotate products using FIFO to reduce waste and maintain quality.
• Check expiration dates and remove damaged or outdated items for safety.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards across coolers, freezers, and shelving.
• Ensure accurate signage and pricing to support smooth checkout operations.
