Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is hiring a Dairy & Freezer Clerk to maintain dairy and freezer sections, ensuring proper stocking, rotation, and product integrity. You will support merchandising, inventory control, and food safety standards while delivering great service to Members.

Responsibilities include maintaining planograms, safeguarding cold chain, checking dates, and keeping shelves clean and well-organized. This role requires attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in dairy, freezer, grocery, or retail operations preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic knowledge of cold chain management and food safety standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock all dairy and freezer products according to planograms.
• Maintain cold chain and in-stock accuracy.
• Apply FIFO rotation to reduce waste and ensure quality.
• Regularly check expiration dates and remove any damaged items.
• Ensure signage and pricing accuracy for a smooth checkout.
