Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a Dairy & Freezer Clerk to stock and rotate products in the dairy and freezer sections, ensure cold chain integrity, and uphold food safety standards.

You will support merchandising, inventory accuracy, and signage, while helping maintain a clean, organized department and delivering a positive member experience. Responsibilities include planogram compliance, date checks, and efficient replenishment to keep items in stock and fresh.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in dairy, freezer, grocery, or retail operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cold chain management, food safety standards, and product handling requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dairy and freezer planograms to ensure visual standards and a positive member experience.
• Monitor cold chain and in-stock items, replenishing as needed to maintain freshness.
• Apply FIFO rotation to reduce waste and preserve product quality.
• Regularly inspect expiration dates and remove damaged items to uphold food safety standards.
• Ensure proper signage and pricing and support seasonal merchandising initiatives.
• Maintain club standards and support department performance through consistent execution.
