Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in agriculture, Animal Science, Dairy Science, Agribusiness, or related field.
• 5+ years of territory sales management experience in the dairy farm industry.
• Proven ability to build relationships with dairy producers and be a trusted advisor.
• Strong consultative sales, prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to drive profitable sales growth in the dairy industry.
• Conduct regular on-farm visits to identify opportunities and recommend value-driven solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with dairy owners, herd managers, nutritionists, veterinarians, and other influencers.
• Manage the complete sales process from prospecting through closing while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
