You’ll spend 3+ days per week on-farm, cultivate distributor relationships, and lead meetings at farms and industry events to promote high-impact solutions and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience in livestock, ag, or related industry.
• Experience in dairy, beef, livestock, animal health or animal nutrition.
• Proven ability to prospect, close, and grow accounts.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel (on-farm visits, tradeshows, training).

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and market expansion across your territory.
• Build and execute a territory plan to deliver growth in dairy and beef operations.
• Develop new business with dairy operations, dealer stores, nutritionists, veterinarians, and feed channels.
• Leverage distribution networks to increase product movement and market penetration.
• Sell outcomes and solutions that improve intake, health, and producer profitability.
• Spend 3+ on-farm days weekly, building relationships and closing with distribution partners.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline, follow up on leads, and create opportunities.
• Represent the brand at tradeshows, producer meetings, and industry events.
