Job summary

Premier Select Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a Product Specialist focused on the Native Microbials line. The role emphasizes developing sales channels, delivering product training, and coordinating communications.

Travel is required to support on-farm dairy visits and industry events. The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree in a related field and 2+ years of sales experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in related area of study
• 2+ years of relevant and progressive sales experience
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and computer skills along with excellent written and oral communications
• Superior planning and project management skills
• Ability to travel – Must live within Premier’s sales territory

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales channels for Native Microbials to drive revenue growth
• Ride along with Area Sales Managers to support on-farm dairy producer visits
• Clearly communicate the technical, biological, and economic value of Native Microbials products
• Analyze and prepare product sales reports to gauge performance
• Develop sales tools to assist the sales team
• Assist Regional Sales Managers in educational events for employees & customers
• Represent Premier Select Cooperative/Native Microbials at trade shows and other industry events
• Develop relevant materials used in product promotion, sales efforts, and training
• Have working knowledge of the CowManager management system to track Galaxis performance
• Continuously review and recommend improvements of product distribution within the cooperative to best meet customer needs and sales commitments
• Other tasks as assigned
