Qualifications

• Experience selling to dairy, cheese, or related food manufacturing.
• Strong relationships and account development skills.
• Ability to manage a territory and multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers throughout West Central Wisconsin.
• Identify and develop new customer opportunities to support territory growth.
• Build strong relationships with contacts in dairy, cheese, and food manufacturing facilities.
• Understand customer operations and connect them with Kelley Supply products and resources.
• Regularly visit customer facilities and maintain consistent communication.
• Manage sales opportunities, projects, trials, proposals, and related activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs.
