Job summary

Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for the Midwest Region. The role focuses on representing the dairy industry in retail, developing promotional programs, and leading market initiatives across Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Michigan and eastern Missouri.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in retail sales/marketing with key retailers, strong communication skills, and a degree in business or marketing.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of proven retail supermarket sales/marketing success with key retail decision makers.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, in Business/Marketing or related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Wisconsin dairy industry in the retail marketplace and plan, develop and implement retail promotional programs.
• Provide on-site training and manage market promotions and market-level Wisconsin Cheese events.
• Travel extensively (approximately 60% of the time) to regional markets.
