Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies is seeking an ambitious Mobile Water Services Sales Manager to drive growth across the DACH region, selling end-to-end mobile water solutions to industrial and municipal clients. You will qualify leads, tailor Veolia solutions, manage a robust pipeline, collaborate with account managers and project teams, and close profitable contracts.

Extensive travel throughout Europe is required, with fluency in English and German.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in selling solution-based services to industrial or municipal water customers.
• Strong technical and commercial expertise in water treatment technologies and processes.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work in matrix organisations across time zones and travel extensively.
• Willingness to travel across the DACH region and broader Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth for mobile water solutions across the DACH region.
• Qualify leads, develop proposals, and close projects with customers.
• Collaborate with account managers, vertical leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline with accurate forecasts.
• Maintain strategic relationships and ensure profitable commercial projects.
