Job summary

Polaroid is seeking a high-impact Country Manager for the DACH region with 5+ years of leadership in sales and commercial strategy. You will drive revenue growth, partner with distributors and retailers, and align with global priorities.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product teams to execute trade marketing and retail activation strategies, strengthening brand presence in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Country Manager, Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Proven success managing sales within consumer electronics or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of the DACH retail landscape and distributor partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to grow market share and deliver commercial results.
• Excellent forecasting, planning, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the DACH region in line with company goals.
• Create annual business plans, forecasts, and account growth strategies.
• Drive market share growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland through channels.
• Lead negotiations and annual business planning with key accounts.
• Partner with Marketing and PR to support local strategies and brand visibility.
• Build relationships with distributors, retailers, and strategic partners.
