Stripe, Inc. is seeking a senior DACH Marketing Lead to own and execute regional strategy across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will align with Sales, GTM, and Partnerships to prioritize investments and build a full-funnel plan that drives demand, pipeline, and customer advocacy.

You will guide cross-functional teams across EMEA and global marketing, leveraging deep market insights to accelerate growth in the DACH region and strengthen Stripe’s local brand presence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including ownership of planning and investment for a regional scope.
• Fluency in German and English with the ability to communicate strategic concepts to executives.
• Proven track record partnering with senior Sales and GTM leaders and aligning cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading integrated programs across multiple marketing disciplines.
• Ownership of annual budgets and multi-program portfolios, utilizing commercial results to prioritize investments.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the integrated DACH marketing strategy, turning business goals into clear priorities.
• Partner with DACH GTM leadership, Sales, and Partnerships to align on priorities and invest in high-value opportunities.
• Build and oversee a full-funnel DACH marketing plan across brand, demand, ABM, and pipeline acceleration.
• Develop industry and account programs for strategic customers and high-potential prospects.
• Coordinate with EMEA and global teams to deliver the DACH plan with Sales, Product, Solutions, and Partnerships.
• Build Stripe’s brand and local presence in DACH through stories, partner programs, and events.
• Own metrics across demand, pipeline, and ROI to optimize programs.
• Represent DACH across EMEA and global marketing to share insights and successful programs.
