Job summary

SoSafe is seeking a Senior Regional Marketing Lead to own pipeline and ARR growth across the DACH region. The role focuses on connecting inbound and outbound campaigns into a single engine, optimizing the regional marketing mix, and smart budget allocation to maximize pipeline impact.

You will lead regional strategy, manage the DACH budget, and collaborate with Sales, SDR/BDR, and Product Marketing to localise campaigns and drive demand across security-focused B2B markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, growth marketing or a similar role.
• Proven track record generating measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
• Experience owning regional go-to-market strategy with market insight.
• Ability to manage and allocate a marketing budget based on performance.
• Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and marketing–sales relationships.
• Excellent analytical skills to inform commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the DACH marketing strategy with focus on pipeline, ARR growth and revenue influence.
• Build inbound and outbound programs and optimize messaging and channels based on performance.
• Partner with SDR/BDR and Sales to target accounts and drive ICP alignment.
• Localise global campaigns for DACH and manage regional budget and events.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing and RevOps to improve results.
