Job summary

3A Composites GmbH is seeking a Sales Manager DACH to cover Germany, Austria and Switzerland, transitioning from a technical background to commercial sales. Standorte: Home Office, as soon as possible.

You will visit customers, drive the full sales cycle, update CRM, represent the company at events, coordinate with HQ on promotions, and report market feedback. Fluent German and English are required; willingness to travel 3–4 days per week.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
• Background in production/engineering in composites is a plus for transition into technical sales.
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel 3–4 days per week within the DACH region.

Responsibilities

• Visit existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and promote composite product offerings.
• Support the full sales process from lead generation to order closure.
• Update the CRM system with customer activities and opportunities.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with the sales team and HQ on promotions and marketing support initiatives.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs in the composite space.
