Job summary

Algolia, Inc. is seeking a Senior Partner Manager for the DACH region to execute the partner strategy across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

You will manage consulting, SI, technology and cloud partners, shaping agentic solutions and driving pipeline and revenue with a solutions-focused mindset. Reporting to the Head of Global Partnerships, you will prioritize partners, enable joint marketing, co-selling and technical enablement, while aligning with regional leadership to achieve revenue goals

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in a senior Alliance/Partner role with tech or cloud partners.
• Fluency in German and English, strong communication skills.
• Experience with SaaS, API-first architectures and partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional partner strategy for DACH.
• Build and manage a portfolio of consulting, SI, tech and cloud partners.
• Own deal registration, pipeline, and cross-functional collaboration with sales.
