Job summary

Remote is hiring a Sales Development Representative (DACH) to join our global Sales team. You will qualify outbound leads, book appointments for Account Executives, and articulate Remote’s value proposition to prospects.

Fluency in English and German, plus experience in B2B SaaS, are key. Remote offers a remote-friendly environment with asynchronous collaboration, leveraging AI-enabled processes.

Qualifications

• Proven SDR track record in B2B SaaS environments.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Experience with outbound lead qualification and prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads.
• Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.
• Clearly communicate Remote's value propositions and learn customer needs.
• Provide support to Account Executive team as needed.
• Lead hand-off to sales teams after qualification.
• Create targeted prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
• Cold call prospects from various sources.
• Research key players and present solutions to start the sales cycle.
