Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management consultant to lead post-go-live optimization for clients already live on D365 SCM. You will focus on inventory, procurement, warehouse, and planning, collaborating with client teams to turn an existing investment into ongoing value.

The role emphasizes autonomy, delivery excellence, and the ability to influence account strategy while mentoring others in a growth-oriented practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of hands-on D365 Supply Chain Management experience in live environments.
• Proven track record closing gaps between designed capability and actual usage.
• Strong experience with core D365 SCM modules: Inventory, Procurement, Sales & Marketing, Warehouse.
• Deep understanding of procurement, inventory, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Assess live D365 SCM environments to identify gaps and underused capabilities.
• Optimize advanced SCM functions in production to close performance gaps.
• Advise on inventory optimization, demand planning, procurement, and warehouse efficiencies.
• Translate business pain points into an enhancer roadmap and system designs.
• Differentiate fix-it vs. improve-it opportunities and route to the right teams.
• Apply agentic AI and Copilot-driven automation to supply chain processes.
• Expand client relationships and grow the optimization and managed services offering.
