Crowe's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management practice is expanding. We seek an experienced D365 SCM consultant to lead post-go-live optimization, focusing on inventory, procurement, warehouse, and planning, helping clients maximize value from existing investments.

This role is client-facing, requires strong communication, and offers autonomy with path to practice leadership. Remote-first with on-site visits; opportunity to shape optimization methodologies and grow the practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of hands-on D365 Supply Chain Management experience in production environments.
• Proven track record closing gaps between designed capabilities and actual usage.
• Strong experience with Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Warehouse Management.

Responsibilities

• Assess live D365 SCM environments to identify underused capabilities and gaps.
• Optimize advanced SCM capabilities in production to close performance gaps.
• Advise clients on supply chain process improvements for tangible value.
• Translate pain points into prioritized enhancement roadmaps and designs.
• Lead and mentor teams while growing the post-go-live offering.
