Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant to lead post-go-live optimization and continuous improvement. You’ll close gaps between system capabilities and live usage, guiding finance teams through enhancement roadmaps and high-impact changes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with executives, shaping adoption strategies, and leveraging AI-driven automation for back-office processes within a remote-first engagement model in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of hands-on D365 Finance experience, including supporting live production environments.
• D365 certifications in Finance or related modules; CPA, CMA, or CFA.
• Proven track record identifying and closing the gap between designed capability and actual usage.
• Strong functional expertise across core finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash/Bank, Reporting).
• Ability to lead enhancement/optimization roadmaps and guide teams through execution.
• Excellent communication with C-suite and directors; ability to justify feature trade-offs.
• Experience managing a rolling backlog and leading engagements with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Assess live D365 Finance environments and build a roadmap to close gaps.
• Advise leaders on maximizing value from existing D365 investments.
• Lead enhancements, data integrity, and user experience improvements to drive ROI.
• Own the enhancement backlog and guide delivery teams through design, testing, and release.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI/Copilot automation to back-office processes.
