Crowe's Microsoft AI Business Solutions practice is expanding, seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant to lead post-go-live optimization and continuous improvement. You will partner with clients already live on D365 Finance to close capability gaps and deliver measurable ROI.

The role emphasizes autonomy, impact, and a clear path to practice leadership, with focus on optimizing existing implementations rather than new go-lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of hands-on D365 Finance experience including live production environments.
• D365 Finance certifications; CPA/CMA/CFA desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with experience engaging C-suite and directors.
• Ability to manage a rolling backlog and lead engagements with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Assess live D365 Finance environments and build a prioritized roadmap to close gaps.
• Advise finance/operations leaders on maximizing value from existing D365 investments.
• Lead functional enhancements, data integrity remediation, and ROI-driven improvements.
• Own the enhancement backlog and guide delivery teams through design, testing, and release.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI/Copilot-based automation to back-office processes.
• Mentor team members and contribute to Crowe's optimization methodologies and best practices.
• Engage in team-building and internal initiatives.
