Job summary

Crowe’s Microsoft AI Business Solutions practice seeks an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant to lead post-go-live optimization and continuous improvement. You will partner with clients already live on D365 Finance to close gaps between capability and actual delivery.

The role offers autonomy, accountability, and a path to practice leadership, with remote-first engagements and periodic on-site visits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
4+ years of hands-on D365 Finance experience, including live production environments.
D365 certifications in Finance or related modules; CPA, CMA, or CFA.
Strong functional expertise across core finance and operational modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash/Bank, Reporting).
Ability to lead enhancement and optimization roadmaps and guide teams through execution.
Excellent communication skills with experience engaging C-suite and directors.

Responsibilities

Assess live D365 Finance environments and build a prioritized roadmap to close gaps.
Advise finance/operations leaders on realizing more value from existing D365 investment.
Lead functional enhancements, data integrity remediation, and user experience improvements.
Own the enhancement backlog and guide delivery teams through design, testing, and release.
Identify opportunities to apply AI/Copilot-based workflows for finance processes.
Mentor team members and contribute to Crowe's post-go-live optimization offering.
