Crowe's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consulting practice is expanding. We seek an experienced Finance Consultant to lead post-go-live optimization and value realization for clients already live on D365 Finance.

You will identify underused features, drive roadmap-driven enhancements, and partner with finance leaders to improve ROI while mentoring teammates. This remote-first role includes periodic on-site visits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
4+ years of hands-on D365 Finance experience, including live production environments.
D365 certifications in Finance or related modules (CPA, CMA, CFA).
Proven ability to close gaps between design and actual usage to improve adoption.
Strong finance/operational module knowledge (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash/Bank, Reporting).

Responsibilities

Assess live D365 Finance environments to identify underused features and gaps, then build a roadmap.
Lead functional enhancements, feature optimization, and data integrity remediation.
Advise finance/operations leaders on maximizing value from the existing D365 investment.
Own the enhancement backlog and guide delivery through design, testing, and release.
Mentor team members and contribute to Crowe's post-go-live optimization methodologies.
