Job summary
Caterpillar is seeking an ERP transformation Change Management Lead to accelerate adoption of the Cat ERP solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure Integration Services. We are developing a scalable ERP platform to streamline dealer operations and enhance customer experiences globally.
The role drives dealer training strategy, coordinates with Product and IT teams, and ensures consistent, high‑quality outcomes through effective change management across multiple workstreams.
Qualifications
- ERP & Dynamics 365 experience across product, process or deployment leadership.
- Technical background with IT systems and their interactions.
- Strong change management, facilitation and stakeholder skills.
- Experience presenting to executive leaders and managing multiple dealers.
Responsibilities
- Provide dealer and internal change management guidance for Cat ERP adoption.
- Develop dealer training strategy and drive change across the dealer network.
- Oversee day-to-day change management projects and risk planning.
- Monitor metrics and embed change through dashboards and BI tools.
